Learning the Guitar!!!

This week has been full of wonderful experiences and little miracles at every turn. Well finally I got my kid after waiting for a long time and the wait was worth it he is literally an answer to my prayers. First I will tell you a little about my new comp Elder Serna who is from a place close to Cancun. His family has in the church for a long time even longer than us and he played water polo for years which is super cool because the last time I watched the Olympics I remember two dudes choking each other under the water fighting for the ball, which means my comp is a BAD-A. Training is not to bad other than sometimes I get us lost or don't know where to go, but we are working super hard because Elder Serna is an awesome missionary and teaches like an Apostle because of his knowledge of the scriptures and his ability to speak through the Spirit. The truth is I am learning more from him than I think he is from me he is even teaching me how to play the guitar which is super cool because it helps to have someone really teaching you. This last week we have been talking to everyone, teaching lessons, and finding people who have some interest in listening to us. We are working hard with less actives to help our branch become a ward because they need more active priesthood holders so that's kinda what we have been trying to do this week.

There is a quote I will never forget because it runs through my head everyday and it was said by President Russel M. Nelson when I got to see him in the MTC and he said, " If you only have one convert your whole mission...I hope that convert will be you." I can't explain with words how important that is and how the mission has changed my life and everyday I'm being converted. I love you all so much and wish you the best for this week.

Well I finally got my kid and he is super awesome and honestly I am learning a whole lot, even more than I could have imagined. He knows the scriptures really well and he is helping me learn the guitar because he knows how to play so that has been awesome. Right now I'm learning two songs on the guitar Saying I Love You and Send me on my way from Ice age the movie.

Forgetting What Home Feels Like.

¡Que Onda?

Wow this Past cycle has been very adventurous and I have been all over the place lately like three different zones/areas, had four comps, was a temporary zone leader, and I won't train till the end of this cycle because my kid doesn't get here till then and he is only a temporary because his mission is in Arizona I think. This last week I was with and Elder named Elder Figueroa and he was super cool and I learned a ton from this Elder in only one week, but being a zone leader with him was a real awesome experience because I got a little training on what I need to do if I become a leader in the future which will help me a lot. The only difference is that you have more meetings and have to report every night, but other than that it's not too bad, but now that I'm back in my area in Revolution I'm pretty sure Pres is going to keep me there for a good amount of time because he has changed me so much, but who knows. Last Monday I played basketball for the first time in a very long time with a bunch of Elders and people that were there and I played with a kid bigger than me so that was super cool getting wrecked. Also now our mission we can wear hats and sunglasses because they want us to use more protection and also the Sister missionaries can wear pants because of mosquitoes that are spreading illnesses and it has happened in other missions more south.

It's weird to me that I will hit a year soon because I feel like I just started, but as well like I have lived here for years because it all seems normal to me seeing drunk/high people in the street, other religions trying to prove us wrong, hundreds of dogs, people staring, swearing, and others that say we are terrible people, but with all of this I just love how much I am learning and how wonder it feels to have the gospel in my life which gives me the determination to share it with everyone. The other day we kinda had a cruddy day and didn't have much success and we were just contacting people and trying to teach other less actives. We were knocking on a less active's house when a guy came up to us and asked, "Are you guys Jehovah's Witnesses?" we told him no and then he asked if we were christians and we told him well yes. He just looked at us and said that he needed help moving a TV because his wife just got out of the hospital and can't move that well, so we told him yes and followed him to his house. When we entered in his house he started to ask us a ton of questions like where are you from?, who are you guys?, what do you do?, and a ton more and we put a teaching appointment with him last Saturday. When Saturday came we visited and started teaching the Restoration and when we got to the part about when Peter James and John gave the Priesthood to Joseph Smith he stopped us and said," Ok so Jesus had this authority right that he got from God, then when Jesus was on the earth he gave this authority to his Apostles, then later his Apostles gave the priesthood to this Joe Smith guy right?" we told him yes and he told us that it makes so much sense. After we told him we have a living Prophet today and he flipped out because he said, " Why have I not learned of this Joe Smith guy or that there is a Prophet today?" It was super awesome and his family was really great as well, so these are some people we are working with right now.

love you all

My first week sick.

Well what an awesome week with tons of adventures and surprises around every corner. So this last Monday we had changes and I was a little nervous to get my kid (new missionary) and open an area because it is all super new to me and very different right. Anyways I get to the changes and look where my new area is and finally I find my picture in the zone of Los Reyes and usually they have the name of your comp and his picture next to yours, but my picture was by itself. I was super confused because they said I would be training, but I didn't even have a comp. I asked the assistants and they told me my kid wasn't there and that I was going to be in a trio or in a companionship of three. Apparently the missionary I'm going to train is not here yet and they don't know when he will get here so I am with two Elders named Elder Miles from Ogden Utah and Elder Santos from Mexico and he is going to Provo for his mission. Elder Santos had problems with his visa too. They are both super cool and we are doing great we had a baptism this last Sunday and this guy truly is a convert because when he came out of the water he froze up and started crying. Elder Miles baptized him and we had to wake up at 4 in the morning to fill up the font because his baptism was at 7 in the morning before church.

This is what happened to me this week I ripped my shirt while I was walking down the street on a nail sticking out of a wall and last Saturday after lunch I felt super bad and thought I was going to throw up for 3 hours, but nothing happened. We had a sita and I asked if I could go to the bathroom after our lesson and I was going to throw up, but again nothing happened so I thought my stomach hurt really bad. So after our lesson we started walking in the street thinking of where we are going to go next and I had the feeling I was going to barf so I told them to wait a second and leaned up against a wall behind a bush a threw up a ton just like in the movie Pitch Perfect it was awesome because after I finished I felt a ton better.

Anyways that's pretty much what has been happening with me I love you all and hope you keep having fun.

A Baptism!!!

These past few weeks have been super awesome we have had a ton of success and we are working hard. This last Saturday we had a baptism and this lady is super awesome and her story about her conversion is incredible. So this lady was going to the church in my old area and she has been going for about two months and one day in the Gospel Principles class she asked what do I have to do to be baptized. She was going to the other ward not my old one. Anyways the missionaries in this ward were teaching her and past the reference to my comp and his before me, but they couldn't get an appointment with her because she is in her store all day which is in another area and they didn't know. After we had changes these Elders called us and said that her baptism is this Saturday and she is still missing a little bit of the lessons so we found her store and finished teaching her and man is she a boss because she has been reading everything that the church has even the Temple prep book. So this last Saturday we had a baptism and the Spirit was super strong.

Ok so I do have changes and I have no idea where. All I know is that it is in an area I have never been before and not only that, but I got a call yesterday from the Zone leaders telling me that I'm going to train a new missionary so I'm getting a son. I am super excited to train, but also scared because I want to do my best and it's in an area I don't know at all. It doesn't matter because the Lord knows I'm ready and I need to learn a lot more and this is what I need to progress. It is going to be super hard, but super fun.

I love you all so very much!

Fist Fight!!!!!!

Ok so I haven't been able to wright because I had special changes because two Elders got in a fight and it got pretty ugly and Pres moved me to a different area with one of these Elders for now because I had so much time in my other area and last Monday we had to work because we got to go to the temple on Friday so this is why I couldn't wright for like ever.

We had some hail the other day so that was cool kinda felt like home and one day my comp Elder Soto and I were talking to an hermana outside of her door and something fell from the roof and hit the concrete really hard next to us. I thought it was a rock or bricks, but no it was a flippin dog. This dog fell about 10 feet and hit the ground and nothing happened to it it was totally ok.

So special changes, so these two Elders in my district got in a fight over something dumb. One of the Elders threw a punch in the gut of the other. But this Elder didn't just sit there he grabbed his head and punched the other in the face three times and this Elder had blood all over his shirt and face. So Pres called me told me what happened and said that he needed me to go stay with one of the Elders until changes. So I think I still have changes, but we will see.

I love you all so much and will get to talk to you soon.

7 1/2 Months!?!?!?

Transfers are on Mothers day here because Mothers day is the same day every year here and not like in the US where it is on a Sunday. I don't know anything yet other than I think we don't get to call on Mothers day there so I will most likely have changes and have to find a place to call or whatever.

This week was normal nothing much happened other than some people that we started to teach and seemed super awesome and ready to step into the waters of baptism kinda crapped out. So we will see what happens this week if they still want to listen or if they just want to go another way. It is crazy because at the end of this cycle I will have 7 and a half months in this area which is a long time.

I love you all so much and will talk to you soon.

Conference Weekend!!!

Wow this week was spiritually awesome and mind blowing. I remember how I was for Conference weekend and what it meant to me. Before the mission I would rather be with my friends or doing something else rather than watching on Saturday and how on the Sunday sessions I would close my eyes and fall asleep through almost all of it. This time though I couldn't get enough and I was on the edge of my chair the whole time because now more than ever I understand the importance of listening to our living Prophet, Apostles, and church leaders. The power of Conference is not just for the members, but for everyone else. We invited our investigators to come and watch with us and they forgot to change their clocks because the time change so they came super late, but the one talk that they got to listen too was the talk that this mother needed to hear. We later talked with her about this being her answer and invited her to get baptized on April 30th. She said yes so we are going to be working with her. I know that this wasn't a coincidence that they forgot to change their clocks and and came late to Conference just to hear one talk. The hand of the Lord was definitely in this and he knows who is ready and when the best time is for them to receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Right know we are working on finding more people to teach and the other day a man answered the door, looked us up and down and said, "You guys are Mormons right?" We told him yes and that we are the missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He then told us that we are the worst of the worst the ugliest church he has ever seen. We asked him why and he told us he knew some people from our church that were terrible people and were doing bad things. Then my comp explained to him that you can't blame the church for other peoples actions because the world has bad people in it no matter the religion or place. My comp then told him that without a doubt your church has some very bad people in it too, but we don't judge your church because of these people. The man then realized that his accusations against the church were wrong and he totally changed his attitude with us. We have a appointment with him this week so we will see how it goes.

The other day some kid on our street had a birthday party in the middle of the street and here when someone has a party they get a giant tent and put it up in the middle of the street so no cars can pass that way. Anyways  the music was super loud and it went on till about 8 in the morning the next day so that was kinda fun thorough out the night.

Anyways that's about all that has happened here lately I love you all and hope you have a wonderful week.

Chicken foot soup blah!!!

This week was pretty good my comp and I worked with the other missionaries and had a Talent Night in the ward that was super fun. This last Friday as well I got the chance to eat pata de pollo or chicken foot and apparently it is rare to get it because the other missionaries that we eat with both have 3 months left in the mission and they said it was the first time they ever had it. Honestly it wasn't that bad, the flavor was fine, and if you like to eat flesh and ligaments this is the perfect thing to eat. I ate the whole thing and was totally fine, but my comp and one of the other missionaries couldn't eat it. With these other missionaries my comp and I are helping them to find a new house that is better and doesn't have a crazy dueña. So the other day we talked with some members from our ward and they said they have an apartment open where they live so we went to check it out. After looking at it for awhile we went to the roof to see the boiler and when we got there, there was a dead cat that looked like it caught fire and died. I have some photos or it and will send some so you can see it. Ok so my comp is the district leader and ever Sunday we have to go report our numbers to the Zone leaders. They pretty much told me I have a 95% chance of being changed this net cycle which I was already sure of, but I will find out if I do have changes this Saturday. Other than that not much has been going on.

1st transfer!!!!

Changes coming up and I'm going to leave my first area finally and I have been here almost 6 months. Changes are on the 29th and of course I have no idea where they will send me, but I'm ready to leave this area and meet new people and try to find more people to teach. I have had a ton of fun in this area with both of my comps and have learned a ton in the last 6 months here in Mexico. This last Saturday we had an activity in the church to help us find news and get referrals from the members. We made a little visitors center with a bunch of pictures of Jesus Christ and other things and contacted a ton of people outside of the church to get people to come in through this visitors center and teach a little so that we could find some that where interested in taking the discussions from us. My comp did this in his last area and it had a ton of success and they found a good amount of people that wanted to listen so that's why we decided to do it again, but here. Honestly it went pretty bad and we didn't get any news and the people outside were very rude. This is how it would go down, " Good morning how are you doing? Well we have a little visitor center going on here in the church to get to know a little bit more about us and it's super fast and will only take 5-10 minutes." A lot of these people would either keep walking and not look at us, say they didn't have time, or when we went to shake their hand would jump out of the way and start to laugh as if we had some disease. As well as we didn't get that much help from the members which really hurt us. After all of this it bugged me a little because we didn't get the help of the members and the people in the street were rough, but in these moments I always remember Jesus Christ and how he was the Son of God and people still rejected him, laughed at him, spat on him, and later killed him. I had a good time though with this activity and it helped me practice my Spanish.

Sick really we have had a bunch of people get sick with influenza here and it has been going around, but luckily my comp and I haven't been sick yet.  Oh my word I have an investigator that is 14 and she has the same face as Madison and almost the same attitude. It is the Mexican version of Maddy for real. Anyways I love you all and hope that you just having a blast.

Crazy lady spilled the rice!!!

Success is finally coming after 6 months of people not progressing and struggling to find new people to teach my comp and I have had three baptisms and we are working with others to get to that point. Sorry I couldn't write yesterday I didn't get any time so I'm writing today. First off HAPPY BIRTHDAY GABE!!!!!! I hope you had a great birthday and had tons of fun I love you so much and send you my love all the way from Mexico. I'm doing pretty good and I am learning a lot everyday. It's crazy that Gabe is 13 now everybody is getting so big and a lot is changing back at home it's a little weird because I will have 8 months in the mission on the 22nd of this month and it still feels like I just left.

So in our area we have this really crazy lady that has something wrong with her head, but she acts normal every once in awhile. The other day we had a little ward party and she was there with her daughter and she wanted to help with the arroz con leche or rice with milk. So she put about 15 cups of this arroz con leche on a tray and started to pass it around, but the hermano said it wasn't time yet so she put the tray on a chair. The hermano told her to take the tray back to the kitchen, but when she picked up the tray it caught the edge of the chair and fell all over the floor it was pretty funny. This Crazy lady has also yelled in my face multiple times and for other white missionaries she tells them that they are the father of her kid and one time she said to me, "I have my papers I have my paper to go to the US!!" This lady is bonkers, but she is one person I will never forget.

Time of our lives!

Wow sounds like you guys are having the time of your lives back at home meeting with the VP, Church leaders, the Secret Service, new jobs, and Pro basketball games. And it's all happening after I left oh well. I'm pretty sure I will have changes on the 29th of March because this is my first area and I have been here almost 6 months and Pres doesn't like to keep missionaries in the same area for more than 6 months, but we will see how that goes. Ok a little story about my comp. The first day we were together and got to the house he pulled out a rubix cube and started to play with it. Later he asked if I knew how to solve it and of course I didn't so he taught me. Apparently there is a place down here that sells every cube known to man and over the past few weeks he has bought a ton because he really likes them and I bought a few just for fun. That's so cool with Kyall and her job and really she has a bigger office and she gets to go to Indiana how lucky is she. Dad to getting to talk to the Secret Service guys and some of them are in the Air-force and of course I know dad got a big kick out of that. Congrats dad with your reward that is super cool. I'm still trying to learn the guitar and it's going alright the problem I have is moving my fingers fast enough and with ease because right now it's like I have claw síndrome.

Ok mom apparently when you send packages they have certain qualifications because if they don't meet the Presidents wife has to pay for the package to get here. Continue with the USPS, but it needs to be $49 or less to be free for the mission because if it is more the mission has to pay and they don't want to do that so it will come all the way here to Mexico and go back to the US. I love you all and well it looks like your week has just been a blast and awesome.

-Elder Wolford

Baptism!!!

Oh my goodness what a week and Eli really that's how you break your wrist jumping over one of your friends at school I thought you would have broken it playing volleyball or something. Well this week was good we got some new people to teach and I had my first baptism last Saturday and it was super awesome because he is the boyfriend of a less active and she brought him to church one day and said that he is interested in learning about the church and how she wants to come to church more often as well, but I got to baptize him on Saturday. They have plans to get married and get married in the temple so that's super cool. My comp and I are doing really well in our area and we are starting to have a lot of success and finding people that are interested in learning more. I was talking with another missionary in my zone yesterday about missionary work and living up to your potential and seeing where you were before and where you are now. It was awesome talking to this Elder because I have known him since I've been here and he is a great example to me, but as we were talking we got on the subject of how difficult it is to see your own progress. He told me that he still feels the same and he has 5 months left, but his family keeps telling him that he is totally different and that's when I thought to my self a little bit. It really is true you can't really see your progress until after someone tells you or you take the time to evaluate. I meet a guy in the street the other night and he asked where I was from in some what English and I told him Utah. He smiled and said, "I live there for 10 years." and yes he said live, but after talking with him for awhile I realized that I could speak better Spanish only having 5 months in Mexico than his English for being in the US for 10. I am truly being blessed. With the same Elder we talked about the importance of reading the scriptures. Honestly before the mission I hardly read the scriptures in fact I hardly read because I wasn't a big fan. I would rather watch tv, play video games, hangout with my friend, etc than read in the scriptures. I want to tell you now that the scriptures should be and are the #1 priority before anything else. It gives us the protection we need throughout the day and here in the mission it is one of my favorite things to do because I learn so much more and I love reading because I find things I can use for me and for my investigators. I enjoy the scriptures and it helps me to know who Jesus Christ is so that when he comes I will be able to recognize him. It is important to read everyday and apply it to your lives to help you become better. As I was reading the other day a chapter in the Book of Mormon really helped me a ton in was 2 Nephi 4  I really liked verses 30-33. Anyways nothing to crazy happened here this week except today while my comp and I were walking a semi-truck drove right past us and one of the tires popped and it sounded like a gun shot so I jumped a little and my comp and I were laughing pretty hard about it. I love you guys and hope that all is well except Eli breaking his wrist like a dill-weed.

Tarzan and Nintendo 64

Hey what's going on?

Sorry I haven't written in a long time it's because last Monday we got back late from a place called the Baños de Neza and by the time we got back we went straight to our meeting which was with Pres because he wanted to interview everybody. This week has been crazy too because they are reopening one of our areas and putting two new missionaries here  so we had to find an apartment for them before Tuesday and our leaders told us to cancel all our appointments until we find one. It took almost 1 whole day to find one that was not out of budget. We also had a bunch of lessons and service this week, like my comp and had to clean the baptismal font because we had our first baptism this last Saturday it was a little girl named Cora and she is the granddaughter of a member so we got permission from her parents to get baptized. I did get my package I got it last Monday and it was super awesome especially in the letter that Maddy sent that said I want you to have a crappy birthday because I want you to miss me and also that she said her volleyball team wants to date me when I get back that should be fun. Last Monday as well we were in a little bus on our way home and there was a ton of police cars and an ambulance in the street next to us and that's when I say two people dead in the middle of the street because the cops were taking pictures and looking around the scene, so that was no cool, but I saw it. I'm staying in my area still with Elder Martinez and we have some people that are looking like they will enter into the waters of baptism, but we are still working with them and now this cycle our area is becoming smaller again which cuts off some of our investigators, but not all. I meet a missionary here that is going to the St. George mission he had some problems with his visa as well. Other than that not much is happening here other than today I found the Tarzan game for the Nintendo 64. I love you all and hope that this week will be a good one for you.

-Elder Wolford

I can't make dirty pudding

So this week has been a little different because Pres gave us three days out of the week to go to the temple and do a session, but we had to work on Monday because the three days we could go where yesterday today and tomorrow. Anyways a lot has happened like I was in the hospital for 24 with another Elder because he had something wrong with his brain and Pres needed someone to spend the night because his comp had slept there the night before so I happily volunteered. I can kinda play one song now on the guitar and I will try to send you a video of me playing when I get it down a little bit better. That's so cool that you got to meet Cody and go to a Jazz game it seems that the blessings are coming now that I'm out of the house. Tell Kyall that one of my friends from high school is going to Calgary Canada Feb 17th and I told her to get in contact with her. We have a baptism not this Saturday, but the next one and it's a little girl and she is 9 years old has a boyfriend and likes to drink coffee so we had to teach her a little bit about that. We are also teaching a family that is very similar to our family they have two older daughters and three younger brothers and they are super cool. One day in Gospel Principals our investigator was in the class with us and the teacher started to teach a little apostasy and she made a commit and told this guy what was right. It was pretty funny. Oh yeah the other day my comp and I were in a micro which is pretty much a bus, but anyway as we were on our way home I looked out the window and saw a man up ahead, but he looked funny for some reason. As we got closer it became more clear he was bending over and his pants were on the ground with his butt facing the bus and my comp and I looked at each other and started to laugh. So I got some Christmas cards this week from the Day family, Gradma-B, Aunt Ashley as well as the birthday card from them and the package from the Wilsons which had everything inside and was super awesome because it had a bunch of goodies a boss book and a byu t-shirt. I still don't know if I have the package waiting in the offices or if it hasn't come yet, but I think my comp and I are going to check soon. Spanish is coming and I still can't find pudding so that blows because I can't make dirty pudding yet. Well that's pretty much it I love you all so much and hope you have a wonderful week.

I bought a guitar!

This week was pretty good because today I bought a guitar because it was super cheep and my comp said it would be cooler. I bought it really cheap and I'm trying to learn and I need some good easy songs to practice. On Sunday I had a talk about service and of course that is one of the easiest talks to give, but the only problem I had was that it was in Spanish so it took me awhile to put it together, but I think it went pretty good because I felt good giving it. So I think I got my package because my old comp went to the offices and dropped it off at a members house for me because I was in Centro buying the guitar, but he said it was from someone with the last name Wilson. So I don't know if they sent me stuff or if you sent it with them. Oh and a member wants a Chili recipe and I told her I can get one that is out of this world so I'm going to need that from you mom.
I still need to burn my tie. This week has been pretty good and we got some people that could easily in the future get baptized so we will see how that goes. Having a comp that only speaks Spanish helps a lot because he can correct me and help me pronounce everything correctly. Yea we got a few people to teach and we have a new and his wife is a member and he was born in California so he knows English, but he had a really rough past like he has been in jail and in a gang and other stuff. The cool thing

A bad time to need the baño

What's going on fam,

Wow a lot has happened this last week and I got a bunch of little stories to share about things that happened that I thought was funny. The first story is called "A bad time to need the baño" Well I just finished eating at a members house and really needed to go to the bathroom. So after a few minutes of talking and all that I asked if I could use their bathroom and like always they say for sure. Anyways when I got in there my mouth about dropped to the floor because I was about to relieve myself, but the toilet didn't have any water in it and didn't have a seat. Great now I have to squat above the toilet and hope nothing bad happens. A few minutes pass and I thought all was well until I noticed the bucket next to me full of used paper, are you flipping kidding me. I wish I could have held it because this bathroom was pretty bad and to add to all this the sink was broken too.

"Who wants a Tamale?" My comp and I just got back to the house when a Tamale vender was right outside our window. We live on the top floor so he told me to turn off the lights so I did. He cracked the window open just a little bit. The Tamale venders in Mexico ride the Nacho Libre bikes around and have horns on the front the yell TAMALES!!! To get there attention you whistle. So my comp cracked the window open and whistled so the guy got off his bike and looked around, but there was no one there. My comp did it like 5 times it was super funny.

"Watch your step." My comp and I were at the church with one of our investigators to play soccer with the young men of the ward and my comp and I sat on the side. Anyways this little boy about 12 years old was walking in the little patch of grass we have at the church talking to another kid and I noticed a mountain of dog crap in the grass. Honestly it would be almost imposible to miss it, but this kid wasn't looking at the ground and stepped 1 inch away. No way I told my comp to look because this kid almost destroyed his shoe and as I said that he moved his foot right on top of the mountain of dog crap and his friend started to laugh because it seriously almost went into his shoe.

"Baby I'm worth it." This last Sunday right after sacrament someones ringtone started going off and we have a sign before you enter that says turn all phones off, but you know how that goes. Anyways this ringtone was the song Baby I'm worth it and it was going off for about 10-15 seconds the member I was sitting with couldn't keep a straight face and it made things worse that I couldn't either.

Happy Birthday Mom I hope it was supper awesome and I love you so much and am so thankful that you made the choice to join the church so that I could be here in Mexico teaching others about what truly matters in life. Being here makes it more clear to me that what truly matters is the gospel and family. Love you with all my heart.

Belated Christmas

What's going on family,

Alright this week has been pretty awesome and there is a lot that is about to happen. So this last week I got to talk with you guys and that was super fun and it felt like I was at home and never left, but I wont lie I felt a little weird after because it felt like I left home again. Yeah, but the power kept going out and the I-pad I was using was being super dumb so that kicked my butt a little and was a little frustrating, but all is well.  I loved seeing everybody and Grandmas package got here and the socks were made in China and my comp said that I should get everything alright except the jerky because a while ago he got a package and they only took the jerky. He told me that the people there are just being dumb and to just talk more to his mom because she ships thing all of the time around the world. This week we have permission to watch Disney cartoon movies on the New year because everyone and there dog gets drunk so going out and working is pretty much a huge waste and is a little dangerous. I think the other Elders want to watch Atlantis and some other movies. We will also play some card games to pass the time. Today I asked a guy how much he is selling the Nintendo 64's for and he said he would for about 800 pesos which is literally nothing so I will definitely buy one before I go home.
Ok so this Saturday I will find out if I'm leaving my area and if I have changes with bags or not and on Tuesday I will find out where I'm going if I have changes so that is going to be super fun and exciting to find out what is going to happen next in the mission. Finally I will finish my training after 18 weeks and honestly I thing I broke the record for the longest time being trained and it was almost 1/4th of my mission. What was everybody's favorite present they got for Christmas? I can't believe that I'm going to be 19 in a few weeks it's my last year as a teenager for the rest of my life oh my word time just flies by so fast. It just keeps getting faster and faster every year. I love all of you so much and hope you had a wonderful Christmas and will have an awesome New Year.
Love,
